VENUE PRICING
Rental fees includes access to interior & exterior. ​Hosts will have an hour before and after to set up and break down the venue space.
Tables and chairs available for an additional fee.
Mondays -Thursdays
$150 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours
+ $300 damage deposit required
Fridays & Saturdays
$200 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours
+ $300 damage deposit required

TERMS & CONDITIONS
RENTAL DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your event date(s). The invoice balance will be due 7 days prior to the event. ​​*Please Note* An additional $300 accidental deposit will be held and afterwards upon venue inspection, providing there is no damage this fee will be refunded to you within 3 days.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Clients are required to obtain event insurance for protection of self and the venue from claims of injury. This can be obtained from www.theeventhelper.com at a reasonable rate. Contact them at 855-493-8368 for a quote. Your certificate of insurance must be submitted to The Garden Riverview no less than 7 days prior to the event.
LIQUOR LICENSE REQUIREMENT
If client wishes to serve alcohol to their guests at no charge, no liquor license is required, and Host Liquor Liability coverage is included in the basic insurance policy. However, if client hires a bartender and/or wishes to serve drinks for purchase, client must obtain additional Host Retail Liquor Liability coverage. Policy certificate of coverage must be submitted to The Garden Riverview no less than 7 days prior to the event.​​
